GENERAL INFORMATION & CONDITIONS

The LOYALTY CLUB is issued to each hotel guest who applies for it.

The Card is valid for all family members (including children under the age of 17) or the partner listed on the application form and staying with the card holder in the same or in another room.

The Card and the benefits are personal and cannot be transferred to any other person.

Please show your LOYALTY CLUB Card to reception upon arrival, in order to enjoy your benefits.

Each card is valid until the member reaches the next grade according to the visits and should be returned upon request.

To honour a member with a “Visit” a minimum stay of 7 nights is required. The benefits and offers can be changed without prior notice.

All offers are subject to availability.

For any changes, requests and other information about your membership, including lost or stolen cards, please contact the Guest Relations Department or the Hotels’ Reception which will be happy to assist you.

For late check-out requests we kindly ask our LOYALTY CLUB members to inform their hotel’s reception at least 24 hours before departure.

Special room’s requests will be allocated in priority order and are subject to availability. They have to be made at least 4 weeks before arrival and should involve rooms within the booked room category.

WHITE CARD

Available upon your first returning visit (2nd stay), the White Card includes the following benefits:

  • Special room reservation (upon availability) *from 3rd stay
  • Priority check-in
  • Welcome gift *from 3rd stay
  • Welcome in-room gift (wine and fruit basket)
  • VIP housekeeping
  • Late check-out (upon availability) *from 3rd stay
  • Preferential table booking in our restaurants a la carte
  • 10% discount on spa treatments
  • 10% discount on water sports facilities
  • 40% discount on Sundrive car rental

SILVER CARD

Available upon your fourth returning visit (5th stay), the Silver Card includes all the benefits of the White Card plus the following:

  • Free safe
  • Stocked minibar upon request
  • Flowers in the room (on arrival)
  • Free dinner at the hotel in all of our restaurants (for HP and AI club members)
  • 10% discount in all restaurants and bars with billing to the room (for breakfast or half club members)
  • One free Jacuzzi or Hammam

GOLD CARD

Available upon your ninth returning visit (10th stay), the Gold Card includes all the benefits of the Silver Card plus the following:

  • A bathrobe to wear during your stay
  • One free spa massage
  • Free Jacuzzi or Hammam
