Dear loyal guests of the Apollonia Beach Resort & Spa Hotel

 Welcome to our LOYALTY CLUB, which is designed especially for you, our regular guests, to reward you with a number of benefits for your loyalty.

Upon arrival, please show your LOYALTY CLUB card to our reception staff to enjoy the Club benefits.

General information and conditions

A – Validity:

1. The LOYALTY CLUB is available to every hotel guest who applies, starting from their second stay. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required to qualify for the LOYALTY CLUB
2. The card is valid for the number of stays until the next membership level is reached. Upgrade cards are issued upon request at the Guest Relations office or by emailing [email protected].
3. The card is valid for all family members (including children under 17 years of age) or accompanying people listed on the registration form who are staying in the same room as the cardholder.
4. The card and rewards are non-transferable.

B – Changes to your personal details and loss of your card:

For any changes to your personal details (e.g., change of address), inquiries or information, or if your card is lost or stolen, please contact the Guest Relations Department or the hotel reception, who will be happy to assist you.

C – Room extension on the day of departure:

A room extension on the day of departure is free of charge until 14:00 starting from the 3rd stay and is subject to availability.

Late-departure LOYALTY CLUB members are asked to inform the hotel reception at least 24 hours prior to departure if they plan to leave the room after 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please check with the reception in the morning of the day of departure to see if the room can be used until you are picked up from the hotel. If you have booked multiple rooms, it depends on availability whether all rooms can be extended. The hotel reserves the right to provide a different room than the one booked if necessary.

D – Reservation of preferred rooms:

Due to the hotel’s high occupancy, especially during peak season, it is not possible to reserve preferred rooms. Room requests and eventually free upgrades to a higher room category for LOYALTY CLUB members are registered in our reservation system and are subject to availability in the desired category.

ALL BENEFITS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE

Available upon your first returning visit (2^nd stay), the White Card includes the following benefits:

• Special room request (upon availability)
• Welcome gift*
• Bottle of wine and mineral water on arrival
• Fruit basket on arrival
• VIP room cleaning
• Safe free*
• Late check-out (upon availability) *
• Priority reservation of table in our restaurants a la carte (upon availability)
• 10% discount on spa treatments
• 10% discount on water sports facilities
• 40% discount on Sundrive car rental

The benefits listed above can only be used upon presentation of the membership card.

Available upon your 5^th stay, the Silver Card includes all the benefits of the White Card plus the following:

• Filled Minibar (Soft drinks) upon request
• 10% discount for Club members with B&B or HB for consumption in all restaurants and bars when billed to the room upon presentation of the membership card

The benefits listed above can only be used upon presentation of the membership card.

Available upon your 10^th stay, the Gold Card includes all the benefits of the Silver Card plus the following:

• A bathrobe to wear during your stay
• One free spa massage
