Employment: Employees are the most important asset for the operation and development of a company that strives to provide high-quality products and services with a strong sense of responsibility. This is the core of our corporate values, which strive for the well-being of our employees and accelerated, long-term collaboration and employment relationships. Guided by a people-centric approach, our employment policy is based on the principles of respect for diversity and equal opportunities, recognition of lifelong learning, fairness, and the promotion of a growth-oriented and supportive environment. Our procedures for selecting, assessing, training, and long-term development of our employees, as well as their reward systems, reflect these fundamental principles. A central concern of this company is the prevention and promotion of the health of our employees. For this reason, we develop and implement annual training programs to promote a health and safety culture tailored to the specific characteristics of each job.

Labor rights: The protection of labor rights in accordance with Greek law and international standards is a priority for the company. We are committed to the rights of all people, including minorities and vulnerable groups, to equal protection from harm or abuse, regardless of age, disability, gender, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or identity. All our hotel employees receive regular training to identify and report cases of labor exploitation and abuse, including human trafficking. We aim to ensure collective bargaining and compliance with legal regulations and to encourage our employees to actively participate and communicate openly with management on corporate responsibility issues. We promote and strengthen the exchange of views and constructive dialogue for continuous improvement and development. The hotel allows its employees to freely participate in the unions/associations operating in the region, to meet during working hours, to form a union, and to elect a representative to discuss matters without involving management. Our company is committed to the fundamental principles of the International Labor Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Worker Rights. These include a) the abolition of all forms of forced labor, b) the prohibition of child labor, and c) the elimination of discrimination in the workplace. We also have a specific policy for handling employee grievances and complaints that promotes dialogue and consultation with employees and encourages communication with management.

Equal Opportunities: Our company implements practices and procedures that promote respect for diversity, equal treatment, and equal opportunities for all, while protecting the health and safety of our employees. We are committed to the right of all people to equal opportunities, regardless of age, disability, gender, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or identity. The clear organizational structure and the transparency of the criteria for selecting and classifying potential employees reflect management’s commitment to providing equal employment and development opportunities. In this context, the performance management and evaluation process in human resources has been designed accordingly. The creation of workplace risk assessments, the key role of safety technicians, and corresponding training and awareness programs for employees in these areas underscore the importance of these factors in the company’s day-to-day operations.

Employee development: With a focus on equality, performance orientation, and fairness, our company is developing a performance management system that considers both team and individual performance and is linked to an individual development plan, training measures, and a performance and incentive policy. Gender equality is always taken into account. Rewarding teamwork and individual effort is a fundamental prerequisite for developing and maintaining a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. The emphasis on quality, creativity, and productivity based on high standards clearly corresponds to our company’s desired employee profile and is recognized accordingly.
