Our all-inclusive guests receive coffee and local drinks from the all-inclusive drinks menu and nuts. Our half-board guests choose their drinks from our a la carte catalog with extra charge.

Swimming in the sea is only permitted in the presence of the lifeguard from 10.30 a.m. to 05.30 p.m. The instructions of the lifeguards on the beach must be followed and / or the flags indicating the conditions for safe swimming (yellow = swim with caution, red = danger, swimming is not allowed).

Parents are responsible for their children and should not be left unattended.

For safety reasons, swimming in the pool or sea after eating food or consuming alcohol is not permitted.


Upon arrival, you and your family will receive a bracelet which will serve as a room key and with which our employees will recognize you as an all-inclusive or half-board guest. This bracelet is your “passport” in all our departments. You should not take it off before your departure, once it is cut off it is not valid anymore. This bracelet is anti-allergic and waterproof. Please note that on your departure day, your bracelet must be removed at the reception.

Please always show your bracelet in all restaurants and bars before ordering. All-inclusive guests can only order ONE drink at a time, each family member orders himself, a bulk order is not possible.
All Inclusive guests offering drinks to Half Board guests will be charged.

Entertainment Program:

At the pool and at the entrance of the main restaurant you will find information boards with the daily activity program of our international entertainment team and the evening entertainment.

Kid’s Club «Amaltheia»:

The Kid’s Club “Amaltheia” is situated directly at the beach.  You will find an information board with the activity program at the entrance of the main restaurant and in front of the Club. The children’s program will take place exclusively outdoors. Entering the children’s club building is not permitted. We kindly ask you to subscribe your children from 4-12 years at the first visit. Children under 4 years are welcomed if accompanied by a parent.

Loungers & Umbrellas:

Our hotel has a limited number of beach chairs and umbrellas around our pools. Quiet and shady places can also be found in the tamarisk grove on the beach and in our spacious park under the trees. If you would like to have a lounger there, please contact our pool staff at any time. Due to the legal requirements, it is imperative to maintain the minimum distance between the beds.

daily 10.00 a.m. — 05.30 p.m. For safety reasons, the pool can be used only during opening hours and in the presence of the lifeguard (10.00 a.m. — 07.00 p.m.). The pool lifeguards’ instructions must be followed.

Parents are responsible for their children and should not be left unattended.

The use of the slides is only permitted during the opening hours from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m. and 03.00 p.m. to 05.30 p.m. and / or only during the presence of the lifeguard. The use of slides is not permitted for children without swimming knowledge.

Our pool staff are required to clean the pool area and the beach in the time from 6.30-8.30 clock. For this to happen smoothly, we kindly ask you not to occupy our sun loungers by the pool or on the beach before 8.30am. The hotel rejects any responsibility for lost towels or private items.

To avoid injuries by broken glass in the pool areas, please only use the plastic glasses from our bars for your drinks. As they are washable, please return them to our employees. For safety reasons, swimming in the pool or sea after eating food or consuming alcohol is not permitted.

At our buffet, our staff will put together a selection of the dishes you selected, self-service is not permitted. Please keep the minimum distance to the other guests. For legal reasons, guests from different rooms are not allowed to sit at one table unless they are family members. Our employees will serve your drinks at the table.

Guests with Half Board: Half board includes breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant. Drinks, additional meals and snacks will be charged.

Room Service:

Due to the new regulations of the Greek government for your safety and the safety of our employees, a daily room cleaning is not allowed. Allowed is only upon request. In order to provide the best service to our guests, our hotel applies a 3rd day cleaning service, which means that every third day of your stay we will clean your room. If you wish this to happen more often please contact the reception desk. (Tel. 6210)

Instructions For Restaurant Reservation

Please note that a booking is only possible once for each room and restaurant during all stay

Due to technical reasons the reservation can only be done when your room number has been checked-in by the reception on your arrival day or in case of room change. Please contact the reception desk.

Reservations can only be made on days where dinner time is shown. If the dinner time is blank, there are no tables available.

  1. Press the button «PRESS TO START»
  3. Enter your room number and the first three letters of your last name.
    Please note that rooms ending with a / b / c / d need to be entered as followed: a=1 / b=2 / c=3 / d=4 (Example: 436a = 4361)
  4. Press «SEARCH»
  5. Confirm with «ADD»
    If you wish to make a reservation for multiple rooms press „ADD ROOM» and follow steps 3-4.
  6. Press «NEXT»
  7. Choose the restaurant you want to book (press the arrow left or right to choose the restaurant)
  8. Press «DINNER»
  9. Choose the date and dinner time.
  10. Confirm with «BOOK NOW»
  11. Enter your email address to receive the reservation confirmation.
    Please present the reservation confirmation to the service at the restaurant you booked.
  12. Repeat for further restaurants.

In «Manage Your Reservation» you can cancel or change your reservations.
